Logistics Coordinator

Location: West London

Contract Type: Temp GBP14.00 per hour

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the office.

Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This role has the potential to go permanent with an annual salary of GBP30,000. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison between their installation staff and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule all installation staff to maximise customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
  • Manage post-sale communication with agents, landlords, and tenants, booking in deliveries with a high level of service.
  • Optimise route efficiency and scheduling of deliveries with a commercial focus.
  • Provide dedicated support to the installation teams, solving problems and resolving issues remotely.
  • Order necessary supplies and manage employee relations through coaching and mentoring.
  • Provide live, daily communication updates to the installation and warehouse teams, using all available platforms (i.e., Teams, Office 365, WhatsApp).
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to keep everyone aligned.
  • Track daily delivery activity and maintain correspondence regarding penalties and fines.
  • Manage the allocation of vehicles and resources for daily operations.
