  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and resilience under pressure.
  • A keen learner ready to grow within a logistics and shipping environment.
  • Experience in shipping/logistics preferred but not essential.

Salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum

We have partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing fashion wholesale and retail brands. We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Logistics & Shipping Assistant to support expanding global operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role supporting our busy logistics and shipping operations, learning every aspect of the department with a clear path to take on more responsibility – even covering your line manager during leave.

Day-to-day, you’ll:
  • Keep our shipping and stock trackers accurate and up to date (Excel + internal systems).
  • Track production dates, goods received, and container movements across global markets.
  • Manage distributor stock bookings, generate invoices, and consolidate shipments efficiently.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams worldwide to coordinate inbound/outbound movements.
  • Communicate directly with distributors – sharing updates, documents, and chasing collections.
  • Create weekly performance reports on shipment timings, costs, and stock flow.
  • Learn and apply shipping documentation processes (e.g. Certificates of Origin, FCRs, LCs).
Requirements
  • Experience in an office-based role with exposure to customer service and/or data processing.
