A well-established Manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics & Compliance Coordinator to ensure smooth global shipments and compliance with regulations. This hybrid role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documents, monitoring compliance, and supporting process improvements. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, customers, and shipping partners.
  • Prepare and check export and import documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
  • Manage warranty and repair returns.
  • Submit and track export licence applications and keep accurate records.
  • Ensure correct classification of goods, shipping terms, pricing, and country of origin.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audits.
  • Monitor controlled goods and compliance with trade rules.
  • Support process improvements and track shipping performance and costs.
  • Provide backup support to the Compliance Manager.

Skills

Experience in logistics, customs, or international trade
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear communicator, able to work across teams and with international partners

Job Title: Logistics & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Brighouse - hybrid

Monday to Thursday: 8.15 - 5pm

Friday 8.15 - 1pm

With some flexibility

Salary: Up to GBP30k

About the Role: Elevation Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Compliance Coordinator to join our client's team in Brighouse. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth global shipment of products, with all import and export activities executed efficiently and in full compliance with HMRC and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities
