Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Refresco, the world’s largest independent bottler, in a dynamic role that combines logistics, supply chain, and data analysis. You’ll play a key part in driving stock accuracy, managing pallet and equipment tracking, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our UK operations. With exposure to cross-functional teams and tools like SAP, Power BI, and CSL reporting, this role is perfect for someone with a logistics or supply chain background who enjoys using data to solve problems, influence decisions, and improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Analyst

  • Stock Reporting: Produce weekly SLOB reports, support internal meetings, manage stock disposal requests, and ensure accurate reporting of out-of-date and excess stock.
  • Pallet & Equipment Tracking: Generate monthly reports on pallet/equipment movements, resolve reconciliation issues, and analyse dwell times for compliance.
  • CSL Reporting: Become a CSL reporting tool super-user, provide team training, generate reports, and deliver monthly customer summary packs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Logistics to identify service and cost improvements, support analysis and benefit tracking.
  • Additional Support: Provide cover for stock control, support order tracking, maintain BI reports, and assist with team training and reporting simplification.

About you
We’re looking for a team player with strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working across Supply Chain functions. Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential, with advanced Excel or Power BI skills being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and stock control systems, be highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of managing tasks through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
