Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a customer service-focused associate in Potteries. Earn £13.45 per hour with overtime at £20.18 after 37.5 hours per week, under PAYE, with 28 days holiday per year. Shifts are Monday to Friday 08:30–16:30, with some overtime including weekends.

On-site parking is provided, PPE is supplied, and comprehensive training is available. Immediate start through December 2027, with DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Experience with handling gas cylinders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
• Ensure safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
• Take calls from customers and place orders on the system; perform general admin duties.
• Assist in the yard, including the manual handling of gas cylinders.
