  • Liaise with logistics, sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare export paperwork and support import requirements.

About you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • (Desirable) Experience with ERP systems, FMCG/logistics environments, or using Trader Support Service/Traces
What you'll do
  • Record customer orders and support the end-to-end order process
  • Liaise with logistics, sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate ETAs and manage delivery schedules
  • Assist with stock checks and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare export paperwork and support import requirements
  • Coordinate with transport providers to obtain quotes and meet export standards
  • Provide general administrative support and occasional holiday cover within the team
