If you are highly organised, love working with data, and thrive on keeping complex operations running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Location: Desford
  • Contract: 12 Months
  • Pay Rate: £15 - £17 per hour
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00, Friday: 07:30 - 10:30
  • Benefits: 35 days holiday
What You’ll Do
  • Fleet Invoice Management: Take full responsibility for MHE fleet invoicing, ensuring accuracy, and raising purchase orders (POs) for all vehicle repairs.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise directly with suppliers to coordinate fleet maintenance, including services, tyre fittings, and windscreen replacements.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve any invoicing disputes with suppliers, ensuring all payments are kept up to date.
  • Data Management: Accurately input data and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets for the fleet.
  • Systems Operation: Become a proficient user of our Coupa/Next Gen ordering and invoicing system.
  • Team Support: Provide vital administrative support to the wider Logistics Planning team, including data entry, ordering goods, and building strong relationships across the Desford site.
  • Safety & Values: Champion the company’s Health & Safety policies and embody the company’s values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: You will be checking invoices for errors, so a sharp eye is essential.
  • Excellent Communication: The ability to liaise confidently with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Highly Organised: You must be able to manage your own time, ensuring invoice payments and POs are processed efficiently.
  • Great Team Player: The ability to work closely with others is imperative.
  • Self‑Motivated: You can work on your own initiative to get the job done.
  • Familiarity with MHE fleet vehicles (e.g., Reach Trucks, Counterbalance).
  • Familiarity with ordering/invoicing systems like Coupa or Next Gen.
