Role Overview
The Logistics Admin Assistant will support the logistics team by managing shipping documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and suppliers, and maintaining accurate shipment records and reports. The role is administrative in nature but requires strong communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth and compliant logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle forwarder and supplier queries relating to documentation and customs information requests.
- Prepare and process shipping and customs documents in line with compliance requirements.
- Organise and maintain documentation within the company’s online filing systems.
- Accurately update and maintain shipment data and reporting dashboards.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Merchandising, Finance) and external stakeholders (e.g., carriers, suppliers) to resolve issues and keep shipments on track.
- Support wider project work and process improvement initiatives as required.

- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Desirable
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration.
