Job summary

Medacs Healthcare, a trusted NHS framework agency, is recruiting SPRs in Accident and Emergency with UK-wide opportunities tailored to your availability and preferences.

As a locum SPR in A&E, you will assess and treat patients, support junior doctors, and work with multidisciplinary teams across locations including South Wales, London, Midlands and beyond, choosing flexible short- or long-term shifts and receiving dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• DBS check or PVG check (or willingness to undergo one).
• UK Right to Work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and treating patients in the emergency department.
• Managing acute presentations and trauma cases.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supporting junior doctors and medical students.
