Job summary

Locum People is seeking a Respiratory Medicine Consultant to work in Shropshire on a long‑term basis, initially for 3–6 months with a view to extension.

The role requires full GMC registration and the right to work in the UK, with 40+ hour weeks and 10 PA per week, plus on‑call duties to be confirmed.

This opportunity comes with CPD programs, 24‑hour support, and a referral scheme from Locum People.

Qualifications

• GMC registration is required for practice in the UK.
• Right to work in the UK must be verified.
• Provide contact details for two referees for references.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for respiratory patients to hospital standards.
• Attend shifts of 40+ hours per week with 10 PA per week, including on-call duties to be confirmed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support the hospital respiratory department.
