Job summary

Military Medical Personnel seeks a Locum Physiotherapist (Band 6) to cover an MoD assignment at Hereford Medical Centre, Hereford. The role is 37.5 hours per week, delivering high-standard MSK care to MoD personnel.

The successful candidate will join a MDT, perform independent assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, while ensuring informed consent and effective communication with patients who may have language barriers.

Qualifications

• Must have qualified physiotherapist with NHS/military exposure preferred.
• Strong MSK assessment and treatment skills required.
• Good communication and teamwork essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSK assessments and treatments for MoD service personnel.
• Manage diverse and complex MSK cases with evidence-based practice.
• Work with MDT to ensure high standards of care and timely discharge planning.
