Sanctuary Personnel seeks a Band 8a Pharmacist to join the Oncology Team in Wrexham on a 12-month locum contract. The role is part-time with a hourly rate of £37, offering clinical care in cancer services within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include providing clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients, MDT collaboration, ward rounds and delivering specialist advice to teams, patients, and carers.

Qualifications

• Clinical pharmacist with oncology experience preferred.
• Locum role requires Band 8a level expertise.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimise regimens.
• Participate in ward rounds and case reviews.
• Deliver specialist oncology advice to healthcare professionals, patients and carers.
• Assist in development of pharmacy technical services.
• Support implementation of service innovations within the team.
