Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with current credentials.

• V300 prescribing qualification desirable.
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure) is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NP-led sessions in community clinics and urgent care.
• Manage acute, minor illness and routine presentations.
• Provide triage support via telephone or in-person.
• Prescribe within scope for qualified practitioners.
• Complete clinical actions including reviews and follow-ups.
• Record accurate and compliant clinical notes.
