Locum Ready is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support regional community clinic services across Ardvonie Park. This flexible locum role suits NPs confident in autonomous assessments and delivering urgent patient care in community clinics.

You will manage minor illness presentations, provide triage and routine clinical care, and record outcomes in compliant notes within supervised, supportive settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical background.
• Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Experience in community, urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong decision-making and assessment capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in varied clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsabilités

• Delivering NP-led sessions in community health clinics
• Managing acute, minor illness and routine presentations
• Supporting urgent care demand via telephone or face-to-face triage
• Prescribing within scope where accredited
• Completing clinical actions including results, reviews and follow-up tasks
• Recording accurate and compliant clinical notes
