A leading public sector recruitment firm is seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor for a role based in South Wales. The successful candidate will provide essential legal support, focusing on litigation and advocacy. This position requires immediate availability and offers the chance for meaningful public sector work. Strong litigation experience and independent working are essential for this role.
Locum Litigation Solicitor - (Immediate Start Preferred)
Contract: Approx. 3 months +
Location: South Wales (local candidates strongly preferred)
We are partnering with a respected Local Authority in South Wales who are seeking an experienced Locum Litigation Solicitor to provide essential legal support across a broad range of council functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, adaptable legal professional seeking meaningful public sector work with an immediate start.
Provide legal advice and support across all Council departments, with a strong focus on litigation (civil and criminal/regulatory) as well as conduct of own advocacy in the Magistrates' Court on behalf of the Authority.
Due to the nature of the caseload, we are ideally seeking someone based in or willing to travel to South Wales.
