Job summary

Your World Healthcare UK is seeking a Locum Independent Prescribing Pharmacist for an on-site role in Bishop's Stortford. The position starts ASAP and involves clinical reviews, pharmaceutical interventions, and care-pathway optimisation within a private online pharmacy client.

The role requires a UK-based pharmacy background, MPharm (or equivalent) with GPHC registration, and the ability to work on-site Monday to Friday. PAYE/umbrella payroll options and 24/7 consultant support are provided.

• UK-based pharmacy experience.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive medication reviews and provide expert pharmaceutical interventions to optimise patient care pathways.
• Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to streamline discharge planning and departmental workflow.
• Manage high-acuity caseloads and ensure adherence to GPHC standards and Trust protocols.

Requirements

• Background: Relevant experience in a UK-based Pharmacy setting, with Right to Work in the UK.
• Credentials: Mandatory MPharm Degree (or equivalent) and current GPHC registration.
