Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner with NHS exposure.
• On the NHS Performers List or eligible.
• Experience in community/urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in varied environments.
• Valid indemnity coverage and Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous GP clinics within community health settings.
• Manage acute, chronic and minor illnesses.
• Support urgent care demand via triage in clinics/phone.
• Prescribe safely in line with clinical policies.
• Complete routine actions including results and referrals.
• Document clear and accurate digital notes.
