Job description

On behalf of a hospital based in West Midlands, I’m looking for an experienced Gastroenterology Consultant to join the friendly department from now until the end of 2023.

This is a locum role with ongoing opportunities and possible extension.

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 16:30 or 9:00 – 17:00
• Four clinics and two endoscopy lists per week
• On-call 1: 14, Ward 1: 7
• The role involves working across two sites, 30 minutes apart, so a car will be required.

Requirements:

• GMC registration; entry on the specialist register is advantageous but not essential
• Minimum one year of NHS experience at SPR or Consultant level (candidate must be able to work independently)
• Escalated pay rates, above average possible
