Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Claimant EL/PL Locum Litigator to support a busy law firm with an immediate influx of work. The role is fully remote across the UK and starts immediately.

You will manage your own caseload of claimant EL/PL matters, handling files valued between £25,000 and £250,000. The assignment is 3 months with potential extension to 6 months, and a minimum of 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Available for immediate start.

Locum EL/PL Litigators - Fully Remote - Immediate Start

I am currently recruiting for experienced Claimant EL/PL Locums to support a busy law firm with an immediate influx of new work.

The opportunity is fully remote and available for an initial 3 month assignment, with the potential to extend to 6 months.

The firm is looking for locums with experience handling either of the following caseloads:

• £25,000-£100,000 claims
• £100,000-£250,000 claims

Candidates should have strong experience handling claimant employers' liability and public liability matters and be confident managing their own caseload.

Role details:

• Position: Locum EL/PL Litigator
• Location: Fully remote - UK-wide
• Start date: Immediate
• Duration: 3 months initially, with the potential to extend to 6 months
• Hours: At least 28 hours per week
• Caseload: Claimant EL/PL matters valued between £25,000 and £250,000, depending on experience
