MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a Poole-based dental practice in Dorset to recruit a Locum Dentist on a temporary basis. The role is part-time (2+ days per week) with hours Monday-Thursday and Saturday options. The practice offers NHS work with a 50/50 private income split and a day rate of £450-£500, paid monthly.

There is potential to convert to a permanent position. The practice has 11 surgeries, modern imaging and CBCT/Intraoral scanning available, and onsite parking with flexible days

• GDC registration as General Dentist.
• Active Performer Number required.
• Enhanced DBS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum dental care on a self-employed basis.
• Upsell private services to NHS patients.
• Work 2+ days per week with flexible hours to suit the practice.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Poole (BH15), Dorset to recruit a Locum Dentist to join their team on a temporary basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Position available on a Locum to Perm basis.
• Part-time opportunity, 2+ days per week.
• Surgery space Monday and Wednesday 2pm-8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-8pm, plus Saturdays 9am-2pm.
• Practice can be flexible on days and working hours to suit.
• Practice can offer £450-£500 per day – dependent on experience.
• Locum Dentist will be paid monthly.
• Private income paid at 50% split in addition to day rate.
• 50/50 split on lab bills for NHS & Private.
• Predominantly NHS list.
• Opportunity to upsell Private to NHS patients.
• Overachievement bonus for UDAs above 30.
