Job summary

mydentist Peterlee practice is seeking a Self-employed Locum Dentist to join a 5-surgery site offering NHS and private treatments including Invisalign, whitening, composite bonding and hygiene appointments. There are 10 clinicians, a full-time Dental Therapist and a part-time Hygienist.

Surgery slots are available on Mon, Thu and Fri with free all-day parking and a town-centre location near the bus station.

• Join a 5-surgery practice with modern equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS and Private treatments at Peterlee practice.
• Perform Invisalign, whitening and bonding procedures, plus hygiene appointments.
• Collaborate with a multi-clinician team and practice manager.

You’ll be joining us at our Peterlee Practice.

With surgery available on Mondays (8:45-5:15), Thursdays (8:45-12:30) and Fridays (8:45-5:15).

Your future in our Peterlee practice

• 5 surgery practice offering both NHS & Private treatments including Invisalign, Tooth Whitening, Composite Bonding and Hygiene appointments.
• 10 clinicians working full and part time including a full time Dental Therapist and part time Hygienist
• Practice is equipped with the latest equipment including Intra oral scanner & digital radiographs.
• Supportive and experienced practice manager, with a dedicated & loyal team
• Benefitting from a convenient location, located in the town shopping centre with the bus station less than 5 minutes walk away,
• Free all-day car parking
• Practice refresh and rebrand starting September 2026 due for completion end of November 2026
