Qualifications

• GDC registration is mandatory.
• BSc or Diploma in Dental Therapy is essential.
• BSc (Hons) in Oral Health Sciences is desirable.
• Certification in Dental Radiography is required.
• Must hold indemnity and Enhanced DBS.
• Right to Work in UK and NHS compliance expected.
• Provide two referees for references.
• Vaccinations history as requested.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exams, assess medical and dental histories, and plan treatments within scope of practice.
• Perform routine restorations on permanent and deciduous teeth.
• Carry out paediatric extractions and pulp therapies.
• Provide preventive and periodontal care including fluoride varnishes and sealants.
• Take and interpret dental radiographs following IRMER guidelines.
• Manage direct access triage and referral where needed.
