Job summary

Infinityblu Dental Care and Implant Clinic in Eyemouth, Scottish Borders, seeks a self-employed Locum Dental Therapist to cover a two-day weekly schedule (Tue/Wed, 08:30–17:00) for six months. You’ll work within a mixed NHS/private practice, delivering restorative and hygiene services with dedicated nurse support.

You must be a qualified Dental Therapist with current GDC registration and NHS eligibility in Scotland, able to practice at full scope, and committed to high standards of patient care

• Able to work to full scope of practice, with interest in restorative dentistry and hygiene appointments.

We have an exciting opportunity for a self employed Locum Dental Therapist to provide locum services at ourEyemouth Practice, located in the Scottish Borders, for an initial period of six months.

At Infinityblu Dental Care and Implant Clinic, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly and supportiveclinical environment, where delivering exceptional patient care is at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a Dental Therapist who is keen to work to their full scope of practice and has aparticular interest in restorative treatments. You will provide referral services within our mixed NHS andprivate practice, with the role encompassing a varied clinical workload including restorative treatments andhygiene appointments.

Our aim is to provide the highest standard of patient care through digital excellence and moderntechnology, enabling our clinical teams to deliver treatment efficiently and effectively.

You will have dedicated Dental Nurse support available and will work alongside an experienced clinicalteam, with the wider support of Dental Therapists and Dentists across the Infinityblu family.

Locum Sessions Available:

We are looking for a self employed Locum Dental Therapist to provide services two days per week, withsessions available on: Tuesday and Wednesday, 08.30 to 17.00, we may be able to provide flexibility with theworking days if necessary . The locum arrangement will initially be for a period of six months. Additionalsessions may also be available across our other Scottish Borders practices.

About You:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a qualified Dental Therapist with current GDCregistration and the appropriate eligibility to provide NHS dental treatment in Scotland.

You will be confident working to your full scope of practice, with a particular interest in restorativedentistry, and comfortable providing both restorative and hygiene appointments within a mixed NHS andprivate practice.

You will be committed to providing a high standard of patient care and working collaboratively alongsideour clinical and practice teams.

You will also be required to hold appropriate professional indemnity and provide the necessarydocumentation to meet our clinical and compliance requirements.
