A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a gynaecologist/obstetrician to join their team at North Middlesex Hospital. The role involves delivering undergraduate curriculum, engaging in high-risk obstetrics, and providing antenatal and community clinics. Essential qualifications include full GMC registration and postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This is a part-time fixed-term position with a competitive salary range of £109,725 to £145,478 per annum plus London Weighting.
The post (replacement) will be in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at North Middlesex Hospital, joining the other 17 Consultants. The new appointees will join a busy, supportive department with a strong commitment to high standards of patient care.
It is expected that the appointees will take a full part in delivering the undergraduate curriculum to trainees and medical students attached to the department.

£109,725 to £145,478 per annum (pro rata) + London Weighting £2,162. Fixed‑term 12 months, part‑time.
This is a general gynaecologist/obstetrician post with duties including 10 PAs per week, 8 DCC and 2.0 SPA. The applicant should have a special interest in High‑risk obstetrics, adolescent gynaecology, and two‑week cancer pathway management.
The on‑call Consultant will cover caesarean section lists and Labour Ward and gynaecology from 16:00 to 22:00, alternating with other team colleagues. There will be a 1:16 on‑call commitment at North Middlesex University Hospital and a 1:16 hot week commitment for gynaecology on‑call.
Other clinical sessions include weekly antenatal clinics, general gynaecology/rapid access clinics, and provision of community gynaecology clinic sessions apart from clinical administration sessions. There is a possibility of developing a special‑interest session in line with departmental needs.
