The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centred care in both outpatient and acute settings. They will collaborate with healthcare professionals and support junior medical staff, ensuring evidence-based standards of care. The role requires efficient delivery of neurology services and a commitment to excellence in patient safety.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professional excellent and efficient delivery of care. He/she will work to agreed levels of activity and throughput in the outpatient department with the General Manager and Clinical Director.
Newham University Hospital is seeking to appoint a 3.65PA Consultant Neurologist for a period of 12 months. They will join our busy and growing neurology team. This post offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an ambitious and collaborative department providing high-quality, patient‑centred care in a DGH setting.
We provide outpatient and acute neurology liaison services at Newham University Hospital, with strong links to the Neurology Department at the Royal London Hospital, allowing for the proactive transfer of patients needing tertiary neurology care.
