Qualifications

• Eligible for full UK GMC registration and a licence to practise.
• On the GMC Specialist Register with a CCT obtained by commencement of post.
• Comprehensive clinical experience in anaesthesia equivalent to UK CCT.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and elective general anaesthesia care across all Trust hospital sites.
• Participate in elective theatre work and pre‑operative assessment clinics.
• Engage in clinical and other service activities to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Skills

Comprehensive clinical experience in anaesthesia

Evidence of life support course activity in the last 3 years

Ability to work independently at consultant level

Education

Full UK GMC registration and a licence to practise

Higher degree (e.g., MD, MBA)

CCT obtained by commencement of post
