Job summary

ProfDoc is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Locum) near Watford to join a supportive, primary care setting and enhance patient care. The role requires independent prescribing credentials and UK GP/primary care experience, with a structured medication review focus and collaborative team support.

£30 per hour (DOE) offers an immediate start for an experienced pharmacist registered with the GPhC and proficient in System One.

Qualifications

• Independent Prescriber & CPPE qualification essential.
• System One experience required.
• Must be registered with GPhC.
• At least 2 years' UK experience in GP or primary care.
• Confidence in managing vulnerable patient groups.
• Knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions.
• Able to thrive in a busy, outcomes-driven environment.

Responsibilities
