• Experience in supporting clients with Brain Injury or Complex Needs.
• Ability to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.
• Membership in BABICM, VRA or CSMUK.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients' cases through regular correspondence and meetings.
• Conduct Initial Needs Assessments and report to stakeholders.
• Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to implement strategies.

Education

Current registration with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist OR NMC as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 5 years practice as a Professional Registrant
