Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy input to oncology and haematology services.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
• Support the safe prescribing and administration of therapies.
• Lead on clinical governance and service improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior pharmacists and contribute to staff development.
