Job summary

Your World is seeking an experienced Locum Band 7 Acute Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our Sutton team. The post requires postgraduate experience with paediatric dysphagia and HCPC registration; daily PAYE payrates £29–£32 per hour depending on experience.

You will provide assessment and therapy, collaborate with colleagues, and support patients and families while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with paediatric dysphagia experience.
• Right to work in the UK and HCPC registration confirmed.
• Postgraduate experience working with paediatric dysphagia patients.
• Locum/temporary Band 7 SLT role in Sutton.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat paediatric dysphagia cases within the team.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues to deliver therapy.
• Provide high-quality SLT services and support families.

Locum Band 7 Acute Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

Your World has a brilliant new opportunity for an experienced Band 7 Community Paediatric Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist with postgraduate experience working with paediatric dysphagia.

Description:

You will join an experienced and highly motivated team in Sutton. Pay rate ranging between £29.00 - £32.00 P/H per hour depending on experience.

The SLT we are looking for will previously have worked with paediatrics with dysphagia as a post-graduate therapist.

They will be encouraging, supportive, and understanding of the varied patient needs they may encounter. The right candidate must also have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients.

Requirements:

An HCPC-approved degree in Speech and Language Therapy

Right to Work in the UK

Valid HCPC registration

Postgraduate experience working with paediatric dysphagia patients.
