Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Radiotherapist (Band 6) for a locum position across reputable trusts in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on accurate preparation, planning and delivery of radiotherapy treatments, with patient guidance through all stages of the process.

The ideal candidate will hold HCPC registration as a Radiographer, have hands-on experience with Elekta Linacs, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Responsible for the accurate preparation, planning and delivery of treatment by self.
• Guide and encourage patients through all stages of the radiotherapy process with support for both their physical and emotional reactions.
• Be able to operate all equipment safely and efficiently as per manufacturer's instructions, including local guidelines.
