Job summary

Your World Healthcare UK is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Basildon D2A service on a long-term locum basis. The role offers an hourly rate of £26–£28 and requires NHS experience in discharge pathways.

Applicants should hold a recognised OT degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration, be able to start within two weeks and commit to at least a three-month period. Travel and accommodation support are provided.

Qualifications

• NHS experience (6–12 months) in discharge service preferred.
• Be available to commence within 2 weeks.
• Be prepared for a 7-day service.
• HCPC registration held.

Job description

A well-managed and friendly team in Basildon is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their D2A service for a long-term locum contract.

The hourly pay rate for this role is £26 - £28 P/H.

You will be expected to meet the below key requirements:

• Have a minimum of 6-12 months of NHS experience, ideally within a discharge service
• Be prepared to work within a 7-day service
• Hold Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration
• Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 2 weeks from the confirmation and happy to commit to a minimum period of three months
