Qualifications

• ANP qualification with advanced clinical practice training.
• V300 Independent Prescribing (essential).
• Recent experience in primary or urgent care.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Experience with EMIS, SystmOne or Vision.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting same-day access clinics and triage.
• Managing undifferentiated presentations.
• Delivering chronic disease reviews where required.
• Independent prescribing and follow-ups.
• Reviewing results and handling clinical actions.
• Recording consultations accurately and efficiently.
