Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services across Brandon. The role offers flexible sessional work across community-clinical environments, ideal for ANPs confident in independent assessments and urgent patient demand.

You will provide advanced triage, minor illness management and routine clinical support in well-organised settings, with prescribing within scope and clear digital documentation.

Qualifications

• Level 7 ANP qualification.
• V300 Independent Prescribing.
• Experience in community, GP or urgent care environments.
• Strong assessment and decision-making ability.
• Comfortable adapting to new clinical settings.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ANP-led sessions within community and primary care services.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Manage minor illness and same-day presentations.
• Support urgent care demand through telephone triage.
• Prescribe within scope of practice.
• Complete follow-up reviews and clinical tasks.
• Maintain clear, accurate digital documentation.
