Qualifications

• Level 7 ANP qualification and current registration.
• V300 Independent Prescribing experience.
• Experience in community, GP or urgent care settings.
• Strong assessment and decision-making ability.
• Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ANP-led sessions within community and primary care services.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Manage minor illness and same-day presentations.
• Support urgent care demand via telephone triage.
• Prescribe within scope of practice.
• Complete follow-up reviews and clinical tasks.
• Maintain clear, accurate digital documentation.
