Job summary

Locum Ready requires a Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support Beccles-based community health and primary care services. The role offers flexible, sessional work across community settings, enabling independent clinical assessments and urgent patient demand management.

You will perform advanced triage, minor illness management and routine clinical support in structured environments, with emphasis on accurate documentation and safe prescribing within scope.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 7 ANP qualification and be eligible to practice in the UK.
• V300 Independent Prescribing authority is required.
• Experience in community, GP or urgent care environments preferred.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ANP-led sessions within community and primary care settings.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients.
• Manage minor illnesses and same-day presentations.
• Provide triage support for urgent care needs.
• Prescribe within scope of practice where appropriate.

You will contribute to local health services by providing advanced triage, minor illness management and routine clinical support in structured and well-organised settings.
