Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work across primary care settings in Ystalyfera, Wales. The role offers fully flexible local sessions with ad-hoc, regular or block bookings to suit your availability.

You will lead autonomous ANP clinics, manage acute and minor illnesses, provide triage over the phone and in person, and prescribe safely within your scope. Enhanced DBS is expected.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
• V300 Independent Prescribing.
• Experience in GP, urgent care, walk-in or community services.
• Confident working autonomously in new environments.
• Adaptability across different clinical systems.
• Enhanced DBS.

Locum Ready is looking for Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioners in Ystalyfera. This role offers flexible local sessions across a range of primary care services, giving you the option to choose work that matches your clinical strengths and preferred shift patterns.

You will support multiple primary care providers by delivering safe, autonomous ANP-led clinics. These may include urgent access appointments, routine reviews, minor illness assessments and triage-based sessions. Each booking is arranged to suit your availability, with clear expectations and consistent clinical support from service leads.
