Locum Ready in Castle Cary is seeking Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioners to deliver autonomous ANP-led clinics across primary care. You’ll choose flexible local sessions that fit your clinical strengths and preferred shift patterns, providing safe, patient-centered care.

You’ll work with GP practices and urgent care services, handling acute and minor illnesses, triage, and prescribing within your scope, with clear support from service leads and access to appropriate clinical systems.

Formación

• Level 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification required.
• V300 Independent Prescribing required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care, walk-in or community services.

Locum Ready is looking for Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioners in Castle Cary. This role offers flexible local sessions across a range of primary care services, giving you the option to choose work that matches your clinical strengths and preferred shift patterns.

You will support multiple primary care providers by delivering safe, autonomous ANP-led clinics. These may include urgent access appointments, routine reviews, minor illness assessments and triage-based sessions. Each booking is arranged to suit your availability, with clear expectations and consistent clinical support from service leads.

Requirements

• Level 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification
• V300 Independent Prescribing
• Experience in GP, urgent care, walk-in or community services
• Confident working autonomously in new environments
• Adaptability across different clinical systems
• Enhanced DBS
