Job summary

Locums First is seeking Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners for flexible sessional work in Ystradgynlais, Wales. You will deliver autonomous ACP-led clinics, perform assessments of undifferentiated presentations, and provide triage either by telephone or in person across local primary care settings.

We offer fully flexible sessions with weekday, evening, or weekend bookings to suit your schedule, including short-term or ongoing weekly arrangements.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) is required.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar.

Responsibilities

• Delivering independent ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings.
• Assessing and managing undifferentiated presentations.
• Providing telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within your scope of practice.
• Supporting clinical workflows such as results and follow-up actions.
• Documenting accurately within service-specific clinical systems.
