Job summary

Your World Healthcare is seeking an experienced Band 6 Acute Adult Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist for a role in Enfield. The successful SLT will join a motivated team and provide specialist dysphagia assessment and management for adult inpatients, with a pay rate of £25-£28 per hour depending on experience.

Job description

Your World has a brilliant new opportunity for an experienced Band 6 Acute Adult Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist with post-graduate experience working with acute adult dysphagia.

Description:

You will join an experienced and highly motivated team in Enfield. Pay rate ranging between £25.00 - £28.00 P/H per hour depending on experience.

The SLT we are looking for will have previously worked with adults as a post-graduate therapist.

They will be encouraging, supportive, and understanding of the varied patient needs they may encounter. The right candidate must also have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients.

Requirements:

• An HCPC-approved degree in Speech and Language Therapy
• Right to Work in the UK
• Valid HCPC registration
• Dysphagia Training and Competencies completed
• NQP (Newly Qualified Practitioner) competencies completed.
• Post-graduate experience working with dysphagia patients.
