Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) required.
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care settings.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Background in nursing, paramedic science or physiotherapy.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous ACP-led clinics in local primary care settings.
• Assess and manage undifferentiated presentations.
• Provide telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribe safely within scope.
• Support clinical workflows and document in systems.
