Job summary

A logistics and delivery company in Paisley is seeking self-employed Delivery Drivers to join their Parcel Locker delivery team. Responsibilities include collecting parcels, delivering to lockers, and handling delivery logistics. Applicants must have a valid UK driving license and at least 12 months of driving experience. The position offers a pay of £155 per day with flexible full-time hours.

Base pay range

Self-Employed Delivery Driver (Multi-Drop)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £155 per day

Contract: Indefinite/Flexible - Full-Time, 6 days per week

Shift: 6 days per week

What we're looking for:

We're looking for self-employed drivers to join our Parcel Locker delivery team.

What The Role Involves

• Collect parcels from the depot and load the van efficiently
• Deliver to and collect from lockers at shops, supermarkets and garages
• Scan all items before delivery or collection using handheld device
• Handle locker issues, like full or faulty units, and report problems
• Return to depot with collected items and complete delivery records
• Maintain daily route and vehicle check logs
• Complete end of day forms
  
  

Requirements

Our Vans:

• Valid UK, European, or International manual driving licence
• 12 months of UK driving experience
• Max 6 penalty points (some endorsements not accepted - see below)
• For our vans: We can't accept certain licence endorsements (e.g., TT, CD, DR, DG, AC, BA, MS)
• Our vans are fully insured for both business and personal use, and come taxed, MOT'd, and ready to drive

• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
• Unfortunately, international students, who aren't allowed to work self-employed can't apply
• All drivers must be reliable, with strong communication skills and a positive, hard-working attitude
• Other requirements might vary depending on individual circumstances and client compliance
