This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a visionary Locality Manager to drive excellence across our services. You will be crucial in guaranteeing residents' access to safe, secure housing and consistently excellent care standards. Working across a multi‑disciplinary, cross‑departmental landscape, you will provide clear, strategic leadership to a team of scheme managers. Your remit spans the full spectrum of team empowerment: from delivering essential training and development and providing interpersonal support, to assisting with complex service user assessments and significantly boosting team morale. Through proactive supervision and effective communication with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, you will champion a 'people‑first' approach. This role is a chance to instil a progressive culture defined by exceptional care, compassion, and continuous improvement, driving the growth and evolution of a vital public service.
You are an established, ambitious professional ready to make a substantial impact within the Health and Social Care sector. You must possess substantial, demonstrable experience adhering to Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards. You will show proven evidence of cultivating a high‑performance culture and be adept at navigating complex, multi‑agency teams. Exceptional communication skills are essential to engage colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the Council and beyond. Financially astute, you must be capable of managing a large budget and executing thorough assessments for service users. Personally, you thrive as a creative, flexible problem solver, leveraging excellent influencing and negotiation skills to work independently and at pace. Above all, your passion must be focused on improving outcomes for people requiring housing and care support.
