A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist in Manchester. This role involves providing specialist therapy to adults with learning disabilities as part of a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in assessment and management of communication needs, and work across various settings to support diverse client groups. The post is an integral part of the North Community Learning Disability Team but also has citywide responsibilities shared with the other Speech and Language Locality. It is part of a multidisciplinary health Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT) integrated with Adult Social care, providing high‑quality specialist speech and language therapy service to adults with significant learning disabilities.
