Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a dedicated Van Driver to join our branch team for local multi-drop deliveries of building materials. You will use a company van, start and finish at the branch, and represent Selco with a strong customer service focus.

The role requires completing safety checks, loading and securing goods, and working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery operations. A positive, flexible attitude and reliable, safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• A current full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle.
• Safe, responsible and reliable approach to driving.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries of building products to customers across the local area.
• Complete daily vehicle and safety checks before setting out.
• Ensure the vehicle is loaded safely and the load is secure.
• Take responsibility for the vehicle and stock during deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy and ready for use.
