Local Service Manager (Registered Manager)

£42,949 - £45,201 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to recruit a Local Service Manager to oversee three services across Gravesend, Chatham and Faversham with a total of 25 service users spanning Homelessness, Mental Health and Learning Disability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of the service, managing the team and liaising with the Area Service Manager
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, key stakeholders and external agencies
- Oversee the overall delivery of the services and work closely with internal and external partners to achieve KPI's
- Oversee the service's financial performance and manage the budget
- Recruit, manage performance and develop staff
- Provide flexibility around working hours in accordance with the needs of the service
- Take responsibility for health and safety in the service
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a CQC Registered managerial role within a similar service
- Knowledge of supported accommodation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Compassionate, caring and hard‑working with a hands‑on approach to support
- Experience of providing personalised support to service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
- Full, valid driving licence required – travel is a requirement of the role
