Job summary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar service.
  • Experience working in a CQC regulated environment is preferable.
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners.
  • Compassionate, caring, and hard-working with a hands-on approach to care management.
  • Full valid driving license is essential due to travel requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the overall delivery of the service, through the management of the team and liaison with the Area Service Manager
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and relevant external agencies, liaising effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
  • Overseeing the overall delivery of the housing management of the property
  • Delivering contract KPI's
  • Overseeing the service's financial performance and managing the budget to maximise income
  • Managing the recruitment, performance management and development of staff
  • Flexibility around working hours is expected in accordance with the needs of the service

  • We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working. Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience of working in a CQC regulated environment is preferable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Compassionate, caring and hard working with a hands‑on approach to care management
  • You will have experience of working in a personalised way supporting customers to maximise opportunities for personal development
  • Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
  • Good information technology skills with a working knowledge of MS Teams, Word & Excel. Training will be provided for additional computer systems in use
  • Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
