Zusammenfassung

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking an individual to inspire, empower and enable local communities and partners to engage with nature as part of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS). This two-year fixed term contract will focus on coordinating, monitoring and building a case for investment in nature recovery and environmental delivery across 36 priority areas.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to liaise with internal and external groups, forming a key link between technical ecological delivery and public engagement.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate a proactive, independent work approach in a changing work programme.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, monitor and help build a case for investment in nature recovery and environmental delivery.
• Help establish a Nature Hub to provide guidance, resources and project development tools for partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Local Authorities, internal teams and external stakeholders to support LNRS delivery.
• Ensure community voices meaningfully shape nature recovery initiatives.
