Job Overview
We are looking for a pro-active, versatile Local Marketing Executive to help drive attendance, awareness, and engagement at Wheatsheaf Park and within the local area.
Wheatsheaf Park is an important part of the club’s growth strategy to reach new audiences, enhance our brand and inspire people to follow the talent of tomorrow as they progress to the first team.
The role will focus on increasing attendance at Wheatsheaf Park and enhancing local interest in fixtures and events. The local marketing executive will develop the club’s relationship within the community, enhancing our reputation locally and attracting new, loyal fans.
You will directly impact the club’s off-field strategy which focuses on increasing Wheatsheaf Park’s commercial proposition and engagement, growing Brentford’s fan base and enhancing storytelling and brand narrative surrounding our Academy and Women’s Team.
You will work within the Marketing Services department, working closely with the Fan & Community Relations team, Brentford FC Community Sports Trust, Academy and local stakeholders to strengthen connections across Staines and surrounding areas, turning awareness into action and supporters into advocates. Your time will be split between the head office (Vantage London) and around the local area of Wheatsheaf Park.
We are looking for someone who thrives on local engagement, creative problem solving, and direct action.
As the role develops and the impact grows, there will be scope to expand into broader marketing responsibilities, working closely with the wider Brentford marketing team and contributing to additional club initiatives.
