Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a qualified Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to service, diagnose, and repair gas systems for clients in the social housing sector. The role is permanent with a local guaranteed working area and a company van.

You will perform safety checks, fault diagnosis, and repairs on boilers, heaters, and cookers, hold CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, and have a full UK driving license; DBS check desired.

Qualifications

• Qualified Gas Engineer with CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 certificates.
• Experience in servicing, diagnosing and repairing gas systems in social housing.
• Clean DBS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, Diagnose, and repair gas systems and appliances like boilers, heaters and cookers.
• Conduct safety checks to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
• Diagnose faults and repair defects while communicating with clients and team.
